Being the lover of music and hater of radio that I am, I was shocked and awed when I came across Unsigned. The site is a platform of sorts for unsigned musical acts to post demos or finished tracks in the hopes of getting noticed, signed and/or building a grass roots following. Holy fuck there is some outstanding music contained within. It takes a little bit of walking through the cow shit before you get to the mushrooms so just hang in there and keep checking out the artists and songs.
This site even offers a nifty little music player on which you can build a playlist of the music you discover. The app loads and buffers quickly with the quality of audio obviously dependent on the quality of the track submitted.
